This three was so big, I couldn’t get the whole thing in frame. But this was the tree and courtyard that some of the scenes from Harry Potter were filmed at. That bench I believe is one of the benched present in the set. Oxford University is where many of the shots were taken or sets were based off of, for example the dining hall.
This is one of my favourite shots from Arizona, it isn’t perfect and there are some smudges from taking a picture through a window, but it doesn’t need to be. I like the way the sun shines through some of the shrubbery and the cacti stand out. The mountains in the background illuminated from behind, and the lens flare caused by the sun leaving a small trace of blue sky visible. I really enjoy this picture.
This is one of my favourite shots from my trip to Alberta in 2013. I was with Scouts for the Canadian Jamboree and it was incredible being able to see the fields and plains continue on forever, with no mountains to obstruct the view. It just so happened that there was a rainbow and a nice shot of the storm over the field in that direction.
This is a shot of a Courtyard in Oxford University. Our tour guide was telling us a neat story about the clock in Oxford and how it was either behind or ahead of London’s time for the trains if I recall correctly. It was pretty neat.
Two posts from England in a row! This is my favourite shot that I took at Arsenal Stadium. I had been following an audio guided tour and explored the many places to see in the stadium, and these players are treated very nicely.
